SHIPPING POLICY


WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICY

Order delivery is carried out through third-party logistics and postal carriers whose services are used to fulfill shipments. The Seller is not a carrier and does not perform delivery independently. Delivery times depend on the destination region and the selected carrier and are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping regions and estimated delivery times

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • European Union: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 9–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to production time, customs procedures, or delays caused by carriers, as well as local strikes or actions of organizations involved at various stages of the transaction, including but not limited to:

  • production processes
  • international and local transportation
  • customs authorities
  • local courier and logistics services
  • other third-party organizations whose operations are beyond our control and are not directly related to the production process

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for further delivery, transit time, and shipment handling transfers to the carrier and the recipient.

The buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the provided shipping details. Errors or inaccuracies in the delivery address, recipient name, or contact information may result in delays, return, or non-delivery of the shipment and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or a refund.

In the event of delivery delays after the order has been handed over to the carrier, the recipient is required to independently track the shipment status using the provided tracking number and, if necessary, contact the carrier’s customer support directly to clarify delivery timelines or reasons for the delay.
We may provide additional shipment information upon request; however, we do not control processing or delivery times once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Delivery delays caused by the above-listed reasons do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for order cancellation or a refund.

In the event of loss, delay, non-delivery, or theft of an order after it has been transferred to the carrier, as well as incidents occurring after the carrier has confirmed the shipment status as “delivered,” such situations are not subject to consideration for compensation, replacement, or free re-production and do not imply an automatic refund. Decisions are made solely based on information provided by the carrier.

A single order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels. This means that items from the same order may be delivered in different shipments and at different times. Receiving an order in multiple parcels is not an error, does not affect the overall delivery terms, and is not grounds for order cancellation, compensation, free re-production, or a refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country
  • order size
  • selected shipping method

All applicable shipping charges are displayed before purchase completion.

All customs duties, import taxes, fees, and other mandatory charges applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal to pay such charges may result in non-delivery of the order and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

If delivery or receipt of an order is impossible due to local laws, regulations, restrictions, or requirements of the destination country, including customs rules and additional taxation, the order is not cancelled and no refund is issued.
