Our products are for people who value self-expression through words, meaning, and mood. These are everyday items that allow you to calmly and honestly say something about yourself without unnecessary pretension.

Why do people buy your t-shirts?

Because sometimes one phrase says more than a long explanation. People buy these items for themselves — when they see and immediately understand: "This is exactly about me!" Or simply because — "I like it — I want it, and that’s it!" They buy for acquaintances, friends, or relatives to capture a mood, thought, or feeling, and it’s also a popular gift format when you want to say without many words: "This is exactly about you!"

Who usually wears these items and where?

They are worn in everyday life: in the city, at work without a strict dress code, at meetings, walks, trips, and everyday situations, in home circles of communication. It’s a basic everyday item — with character and meaning.

What is the TtCAD brand?

TtCAD is a clothing brand that speaks the language of meanings. We turn thoughts and emotions into things you can wear.

Is it a fashion brand or a meaning brand?

First and foremost — it’s about meaning. Clothing is the form, language is the content.

How are your t-shirts different from ordinary t-shirts with prints?

It’s not just clothing with text. We don’t use slogans or shouting phrases. Our t-shirts are messages that can be read and felt differently. They always leave space for your own meaning.

What do you mean by “messages, not slogans”?

We don’t impose ideas or teach how to live. “Messages, not slogans” means the phrase on the clothing doesn’t shout a position but offers a reason to think or conveys a certain state.

Can your texts be interpreted differently?

Yes. That’s exactly how it’s intended.

Can your designs be interpreted differently?

Once the item exists, its meaning is your personal matter.

Do your designs always mean something?

No. Sometimes it’s irony, sometimes silence, sometimes straightforwardness — it all depends on the message and your perception.

Are your texts political or ideological?

No. It’s about self-expression, not agitation.

Why are there explanations on the site?

Because transparency is important. We understand that the same phrases can be perceived differently.

Do you support freedom of self-expression?

Yes. But we do not work with content that violates laws or ethics.

Where can your t-shirts be worn in winter?

It’s not about the season, but the context. Some of our items are originally intended for wearing at home — in a personal, warm environment, without the idea of going outside in them. There are t-shirts created for a specific purpose or gesture — for example, to ask a question, express a thought or state. There are also items “for insiders” — for family, close circles, home situations, where seasonality doesn’t matter at all. It’s not about “winter” or “summer” clothing. It’s about where, for whom, and why you wear it.

What product do I get when ordering from your store?

Each order is made as a classic short-sleeve t-shirt (CTS). This is our planned, basic, and most universal option.

CTS stands for Classic T-Shirt. This is what we consider the standard unless otherwise specified.

Why are different types of clothing shown on the site, not just t-shirts?

These images are visual examples. We show how the same message looks on different silhouettes and fits. This helps to better feel the design but does not change the basic order logic.

Does a hoodie or crop top come with the standard order?

No. By default, each order is made as a classic short-sleeve t-shirt. Other types of clothing (hoodies, crop tops, etc.) are not included in the standard selection and are available only by separate custom request.

Can I order a hoodie or crop top instead of a t-shirt?

Yes, you can order a hoodie or crop top, but this is a separate custom order with individual pricing and settings.

What clothing models can be ordered separately?

We offer different models by custom order: hoodies, crop tops, sleeveless shirts, and others. It all depends on the task and production.

Why can’t I order a hoodie or crop top by default?

To avoid confusion and errors, by default we offer only the classic t-shirt — so you know exactly what you will get.

Are all types of clothing produced the same way?

No. Each type of product is initially tied to a specific production partner and printing technology. That’s why availability, printing methods, and final results may differ. This is not a “choose as you like” variability but a consequence of the chosen production chain.

Where is the logo usually placed?

There is no fixed position for the logo. The logo is placed where it does not interfere with the main message — usually near the neckline, on the shoulder, or on the back.

Do you make custom neck-tags or fabric labels?

Sometimes we do — usually as part of custom orders or limited series.

Do all products have the same characteristics?

Basic parameters are similar, but details may vary depending on the model and printing method.

Why do you print black on black? Why do you often use black text on dark fabrics instead of white?

Yes — this is a conscious choice. Black text on black fabric is not about contrast but nuance. It’s like saying the same thing, but quieter. Almost a whisper — so that those who really need it can hear. This approach makes the message more intimate and restrained. It doesn’t shout or impose but appears with a glance, movement, or light. And yes — this combination automatically feels more premium. Like a black car with a black interior. Now imagine you’re in it — also in black, on black.

What is DTG printing?

Direct-to-Garment — printing directly on fabric. The print is soft and feels like part of the material.

What is DTF printing?

Direct-to-Film — transferring an image from film. Bright, durable, and slightly more tactile.

Why does the text have a thin outline?

To keep the text readable on different fabric colors. This does not change the idea or meaning of the design.

Will the print look the same on light and dark fabric?

Yes. The fabric color affects contrast, ink absorption, and visual perception.

Will the print feel “plastic”?

It depends on the printing method. We mostly use DTG — the print is soft and almost unnoticeable to the touch. DTF or HTV methods are more tactile but also durable.

Can prints fade over time?

With proper care, prints are designed to last a long time. Like the fabric itself, they may gradually change with active and prolonged wear — this is a natural process of use, not a defect.

Can I make a custom order or suggest my idea?

Sometimes yes. We consider custom orders selectively because each requires a separate evaluation. If you have an idea — describe it as clearly and concisely as possible.

Can I order text or message in another language?

Yes, many of our messages already exist in several language versions. We pay close attention to how the text sounds and reads.

Can I request a new language version of a message?

Sometimes it’s possible. It depends on the text and language. Not all texts translate equally well, and we take this into account.

Are there restrictions on message content?

Yes. We do not work with content related to hate, violence, extremism, discrimination, or illegal topics. This is a matter of responsibility and law.

Can I order products with a logo of a famous brand?

Yes, but only if you officially represent that brand and can confirm the rights. In such cases, we accept requests exclusively from corporate emails.

Why do you reserve the right to refuse an order?

To comply with laws, ethics, and to maintain the integrity of the TtCAD brand.

Are discounts available for large orders?

Yes, special conditions are possible for large volumes. Everything is discussed individually.

Do you do large orders for organizations?

Yes. We work with various groups when a batch of items with a unified print or message is required. Within one order, different sizes can be combined — this is standard practice for group and organizational orders. Such requests are considered separately, taking into account tasks, volume, and format.

Is your production mass-produced?

No. Each item is printed to order.

Why can the production location vary?

To reduce delivery time, logistics costs, and unnecessary transportation.

Where are orders shipped from?

Whenever possible, the order is sent to a production partner located closest to your delivery address. If the nearest production is unavailable for some reason, the item is made by another partner and shipped from there. All items are made specifically for your order.

How long does production take?

Usually 2–5 business days after full payment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship orders to almost anywhere in the world. The main thing is to check before ordering if there are any special restrictions or additional import fees in your country.

How long does delivery take?

Canada: 2–5 days USA: 3–7 days Europe: 5–12 days (Delivery times are approximate and depend on the region, as well as the work of offices processing your order and delivery services.)

How long does delivery take in total?

Delivery times depend on the region and chosen service. The estimated delivery date is shown during checkout. All TtCAD items are made to order, so delivery includes not only shipping time but also production time.

Why can delivery be delayed?

Times may increase if the required clothing model or materials are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, the order may be transferred to another partner located further from the delivery address, which affects the total delivery time.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

No. After payment, the order is immediately sent to production specifically for you, and it cannot be changed or canceled.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defects, damage, or errors on our part. This is standard for made-to-order products.

Why can’t I return an item because of size or just because?

Each item is made specifically for you, so returns for reasons not related to quality are not possible. We recommend carefully choosing your size before ordering.

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TtCAD.
TtCAD operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”), providing users with access to products and services through the Shopify platform.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of a product will fully match the buyer’s expectations.

Images and visual materials used in the Services may be illustrative in nature and are intended to demonstrate the design. The actual appearance of the finished product may vary depending on materials, printing technology, scaling, lighting conditions, and screen display characteristics.

All products offered through the Services are individually produced on a print-on-demand basis.

Due to the individualized nature of production, each order is considered unique and is manufactured specifically for the individual customer.
Production of each product begins only after the order is placed and full payment is successfully completed. As a result, changes, cancellations, or modifications to an order may not be possible once production has begun.

Product descriptions, assortment, and availability may change without prior notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Services, as well as to orders placed following redirection from external services, including advertising and marketplace platforms that may direct users to the Services.

TtCAD reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been confirmed and processed. After acceptance, cancellation or modification of the order may not be possible.

Returns and exchanges are handled exclusively in accordance with the Refund and Return Policy.

These Terms apply in conjunction with the Refund and Return Policy and the Shipping Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale is prohibited.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, promotions, and offers may change without notice.
Listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or other mandatory charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Order delivery is carried out by third-party logistics and postal operators. TtCAD is not a carrier and does not perform delivery services itself.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Upon transfer of the order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.

Shipping terms are governed in conjunction with the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials available through the Services, including texts, images, graphics, videos, slogans, designs, and other elements, are the intellectual property of TtCAD or its licensors.

Certain visual materials may be created or refined using modern digital and automated visual production methods. All such materials are original digital works and are the property of TtCAD.
